Who is Huddle HQ for?
We work with grassroots clubs, emerging associations, elite athlete organisations, councils and other sports organisations looking to professionalise their operations, grow their community engagement, and increase their impact.
How do I know which tier is right for me/my club?
We suggest booking a call to discuss, this way we’ll assess your goals, current capacity, and growth plans to recommend the best-fit tier.
What is the on-boarding process like?
- Usually you will be up an running within a week.
- We will chat and discuss the best fit tier.
You and your committee will then receive access to Huddle HQ Hub with all resources and courses tailored for your club (depending on the tier chosen). - We will run a survey, club check and come up with an action plan.
- We will have regular check ins to make sure you stay on top.
- Things will start to feel easier and smoother as we progress.
Is there a lock-in contract?
There is a one time payment on 12 month basis. We chose this to make sure we can prepare a follow through the season, then evaluate the following 6 months and the services you might need. You will have access to all templates and resources during this time, as well as Huddle HQ portal (Surveys, courses, networking hub and webinars).
What if we only need help with one project (like a grant application)?
We offer one-off project-based services. Please use 'Book a Call' option and we can discuss the pricing of specific services offered, for example grant application, website redesign, merch shop set up, or social media management.
